Pros

If you want to just sit and relax and work on nothing important and have a very insecure job - THIS IS THE COMPANY FOR YOU.

Cons

- Salary - Average not as per market standards. - Growth per year - 5% -7% on your Gross. - No Training. - Lots of talks and zero action. - No learning. - They work on old technologies. - 130-180 Employees fired/kick out on same day in Basware Finland and Belgium. - NO JOB security. - Freshers will be getting better salaries. - Miserable and unwanted pathetic behavior of higher management. - Management is full of ego and very unprofessional. - Basware India forces employees to leave early after resigning. - Fallen down below the basic human ethics. - Lack of transparency in all aspects. - No bonus, even if you have bonus mentioned in your CTC 10% variable factor. - Maximum number of employees will get Improver/ Performer to save the money during appraisals. - Best of all - expect no rating by your manager. - check your self for evaluation. - The HQ has nothing to do withlocal management here - Dictator rule.

Cons

Stupid HR staff with totally unprofessional behaviour. This company is a beggar company, doesn’t have budget for anything like appraisals etc. They fire people too often.

Pros

1. Work - life balance you can maintain here, no stretch hours. 2. Will be great if you are fine with allocation of assignments for 2-3 hours per day.

Cons

1. Hierarchy is very long, from SSE to TL there are 3 more layers to cover up, which is kind of un-achievable for a person in 5-6 years of tenure. 2. Management is very unprofessional, decision are made basis of the personal traits not professional. 3. HR policies are very un-favorable to employees, specially Leave policy 4. No certain salary day, it comes somewhere in between 28 current month to 01 next month. 5. No defined work methodology, called it Kanban but following Agile to a very small extent. No process of work followed. 6. Have to report managers for every minute activity, even having bio metric, have to send managers separate consolidated sheet with Late Comings n Early Leaving for daily basis. 7. People coming from CMM Level organisation can not sustain, seen people from Infy, Tech Mahindra, Birlasoft etc resigning in 3 months and 5 months. So if you are coming from CMM LEvel organisation, then its not a right knock for you. 8. HR Team is typiccal unprofessional guys, which keep trying smart on LinkedIn.
