      1. No growth once you joined 2. Biased towards HQ people 3. No value of your feedback and suggestions 4. No appraisal cycle for your growth, you will stuck on the same salary offered initially 5. Complete office hour tracking with screenshots 6. Insecurity of job 7. No perks/appreciation/awards for your hard work 8. Overloaded work but no overtime

      Time Doctor Adherence monitoring increases the pressure to meet the 8-hour time limit just for payroll; however, this is not required for the management people who have properly completed their work assignments and have trust by management ; People who are not in the mood to work due to a headache or illness are forced to login for time doctor in order to meet the 8-hour time limit for payroll. again management is flexible issue only on the payroll hours

      My experience working with BatchService is quite positive. I have been working with this organisation for the past one and a half years. The work culture is quite productive. There is a tremendous opportunity to show and grow your skills. The team recognise the work you do. Work-life balance is there. The coordination between the various team is outstanding. People are brilliant and honestly deliver their responsibility. The leadership team is quite motivating and has a clear vision for the company and its products. In conclusion, I will say this is the company you don't want to miss out on working.
