Lies, abhorrent sales system that they declare “reigns supreme”. They do the same as everyone else.. it’s all scripted nonsense and it’s buy today or go away. Most customers see through it. You’re just preying on stupid people with bathroom issues. And you’re lucky if they even have issues. 90% of leads are garbage unvetted leads from trade shows. I got sent an hour away just to see they have a cynder block basement and we can’t help. Why was I there? Because they don’t ask the right questions.. in fact they don’t care. They just want an appointment, then in your contract they hold you to a 40% expected closing ratio! They say they won’t hold you to it, but it’s there for a reason. Just in case they feel like getting rid of you. You’re customer base is mostly people that are dabbling with the idea of upgrading their bathroom. Then your job is to make them care about the money they are losing by not buying at that moment. You can’t offer them the same price tomorrow because “opportunity cost” hahahahaha. It’s a lie they convince themselves is true. I would never buy or work for anyone with these tactics. It’s pathetic.
