Pros
Lots of room to grow your skills in repair,naoldering, welding, battery installation.
Cons
Upper Management would aggressively push to be selling all the spiffs on every purchase. Obviously the more we sell, the more money they make in return. Customer interaction used to feel natural, but then I was forced to be a pushy agressive salesman, wasn't too fond of that.

Pros
The work can be fast at times, but its ita chill normally. The people are nice to work with. The wage is 14$ with additional incentives.
Cons
The head management is chaotic. They don't train fast, takes a long time to get trained on phones/battery rebuilds. Very relaxed which can cause some slacking.
