This owner took 45% of my comercial sales away from my store and tried to act like it was one of the sales guys. And kept my store with low buying comercial customer. Which in turn kept me from getting a bonus. Although he did once throw me a bone because I came close anyway.

It all stems from the C-suite aka boys club: -Constant micromanagement and manipulation -Frequent title changes resulting in a lesser title and salary range -Little room for advancement unless you're "one of the boys" -Double standards of working in the office when half the C-suite lives out of state -False promises, moving/unrealistic targets -Catty behavior when they find out you're leaving
