      Pros

      Easy accrual of overtime hours.

      Cons

      -They will ask you not to report injuries to avoid recordables and dealing with workman's comp, opting instead to reimburse you for your medical expenses. -Low starting wage for experienced workers. -You have to fight for a raise. -Low quality of leadership at all levels. -Poorly staffed jobs. -Seldom have the necessary tooling on jobs. -Minimal financial investment in company.

      Pros

      Inexplicably, there are a lot of extraordinary techs working there. Many locations, staffed with a good percentage of qualified people.

      Cons

      Management does not understand that THEY are not actually a product. Pays lip service to safety. Advancement seems to be based on the buddy system rather than qualifications, just like the pay scale.
