Pros
They are the most reliable major player in the Italian EV public charging infrastructure. You will feel rewarded by the positive reputation the company has. The company has strong engineering.
Cons
The business development team is highly outsourced and a good software to manage the business development flow (and tracking) and communication with developers is missing, also the demand is high so you will have to make choices and you will have many tasks so you will have to learn to prioritize some things and leave out others.
