The BTC team is made up of extremely talented, creative, resourceful, and dedicated individuals who constantly astound me with their commitment to learning and the care they consistently practice toward each other. As an employee, I feel listened to, recognized for my contributions, and consistently supported in my professional development. Amanda Hite is a brilliant and principled CEO who leads by example. She gives precise, fair, honest, and constructive feedback; is very open to new ideas (though she will expect you to make a thorough case for them!), and her word is gold. Here, we are in the business of working the problem and exceeding expectations. I am very proud to work for BTC and look forward to growing as a professional and team member for a long, long time.
Cons
Our work is remote, so the only downside is that I don't get to be with my teammates in person as frequently as I would like!
