Pros

In BeInCrypto you work without rules of times or places, what matters is performing the tasks you are asked to do. The fee is adequate and in line with my expectations and the payments are on time.

Cons

Working across different time zones often makes it difficult to communicate in real time with the rest of the team, which slows down both socialization and the ability to ask for and receive help when needed. It is still unclear to me whether there are career opportunities within the company. As a part time employee, there are no benefits.
