Pros

The work environment is oppressive and unhealthy. 99% of the support staff are felons and addicts in various stages of recovery working under the legitimate umbrella of a 12-Step program which when applied by low-level personnel which leads to relapses, overdoses and in some cases deaths.

Cons

This should be called Beachside Relapse Center. A group of felons in various stages of recovery, run a 90-day program that simply does not work. Clients relapse, die and try to escape this unprofessional program only to find that an easy to get air line ticket to fly them in from across the country is one-way, leaving them at the mercy of a tyrannical support staff and incompetent administrative personnel. Discovering they are trapped triggers further drug use which then facilitates being expelled from their substandard program offering humiliation and further distrust for those who claim to be helping these unsuspecting young people whose family used their insurance policies with the hope of finding change for their innocent children.

Pros

The only thing this place has going for it is the free lunch.

Cons

Communication here is an absolute joke. The staff is extremely negative and they constantly bad mouth clients behind their backs. Most of the clients here are return clients, so it really makes you wonder just how much help this place really offers. Clients get moved from house to house for the sake of making room for another client. This results in clients not being allowed to take medication until the next day. If you don't smoke cigarettes or vape this place will quickly change that. Be prepared to inhale 2nd hand smoke from clients during their break and vape smoke from the supervisors when you're inside the building. Some of the houses lack some of the most important things such as CO2 detectors and fire alarms. 99% of the staff here are in various stages of recovery and those that are not get treated very differently by other staff members. Upon hiring they make you pay for an extremely bogus physical exam which consists of stretching in-front of a doctor and then being asked if there's anything that can prevent you from doing the job.
