good Technology. only good thing for freshers, it will heir freshers the most. specially in automation field
Cons
1) low wage 2) management is too poor in india 3) mostly support work, 4) there is no training for freshers, self learning. 5) can tell you any work to do, even material packing or dismantling of stalls etc.. 6) if you go out , no daily allowances 7) no knowledge sharing.
