      Pros

      - Some great Devs to learn from - New and varied technology - Good location

      Cons

      - Quick to make people redundant. Went through a brutal round of redundancies just because we didn't win two bits of work. Made you feel anxious for your job security and just a pawn, undervalued. - Staff don't even seem to like each other. No concept of social activities whatsoever. - Stressful to meet deadlines because of a lack of developers. - No real benefits to speak of. - Difficult to get up to speed with the code base because of a lack of training or help.

      The company were young, forward thinking, had a great social calendar and open to new technology

      Lack of leadership meant every day felt like an uphill struggle and a lack of honest communication felt that every week could be the last
