General : Work distribution is uneven . Location and pay are on the lower side. Unstructured and undefined organisation. No defined rules are there which again changes as per the convenience of top management.Stringent about 8 and half hours of work even if you have no work. Salary cut for deficit hours but no extra pay for extra hours spent.Salary is given 7-8 days late and sometimes even more delay is there. Opinions and impressions hold a key position during appraisals irrespective of the good work. Transparency is completely absent in the company policies. Technical : No code review. Majority of developers are less than 2 years of experience. Training program is extremely hollow and inefficient. People are not from CompSci and just a book is provided to study which is not enough for their training.Lack of guidance for coding standards.Majority of people leave the company as they realise the randomness and unstructure in the work place. Product ownership is not there, thus no scope to explore new areas and for creativity. Lazy and noisy workspace. Language issue surrounds the work place.Gadgets are not provided for development purpose and equipments are slow and old. An individual is supposed to use their own resources and means for office work and their is no reimbursement policy even if you are spending for company work. Top management : Time and again top management goes against the agreement and threatens an individual on absurd grounds. Very rigid on their opinion. Unnecessarily give bad reviews for people who have left.Adamant on their own opinion and not open to discussion.
