      Welcoming culture but lacks diversity

      Pros

      Very welcoming environment, very flexible WFH options, I’ve had open communication with leaders and colleagues pretty successfully. It feels like everyone is working towards the same goal rather than competing.

      Cons

      Ultimately it’s a corporate job, so a lot of the “we’re a family” energy can fall flat - it’s about selling products and making money. This isn’t necessarily a bad thing, just an acknowledgement that a job is a job no matter how bubbly the employee culture is. Also it’s not a very diverse company. Mostly run by women, but almost all white women. There are only a few POC in the whole company, which is one of the first things I noticed when initially hired.

      You get a paycheck if you can manage to keep your job

      Cons

      They won't let you leave your cubicle without wearing a suit jacket. They will put you into a retraining if you violate any of their ridiculous rules.

When it comes to our training program, we believe that it is the company’s responsibility to provide all possible resources to our associates so that they will be successful. If anyone looks to be struggling, we provide retraining to ensure their success! We are sorry that Beekley wasn’t a good fit for you. We strongly believe that not every Associate is a fit for every company, and you should work for a company where you can be yourself and feel fulfilled!
