      Pros

      Strong and dynamic growth. Manager open to listen. Not a lot of pressure. Good projects in general. Start to be well known on the Beglium market.

      Cons

      Might be a lack of strategic vision from the upper management. Lots of different sectors and clients might give an incoherent image to third parties.

      Pros

      Independent company. Take good care of consultants. Solidarity is one of the value, it works well. The direction of the company has some understanding about specific situations. Great amount of work already achieved that enable to make further easier success.

      Cons

      Question about career growth due to size of the company even if a new company has been launched abroad. Could develop a little bit more the internal communication (it is already improving).
