      Pros

      The company works very hard to excel at being a good place to work and providing affordable housing. There are always challenges to balancing that, and the senior leadership really cares about both its employees and residents. They provide competitive pay, great benefits, excellent paid time off, and lots of training opportunities and career advancement opportunities. The company also works to achieve excellence and will not put up with low performers. If you are driven to work hard and excel at a company Bellwether is a good place for you.

      Cons

      Affordable housing can be a challenging industry to work in. Bellwether is tasked with competing with market rate housing while charging residents less rent. There will be stress and challenges that arise. Bellwether works hard to overcome this by investing in good people who work hard.

      Interdepartamental communication and processes are a nightmare. It's a "fly by the seat of your pants" environment. Policies and procedures need to be defined and unified to have a common goal.
