      * Company values... Passionate Staff, Respectful Managment, Inclusive colleagues, Driven Workforce and Empowerment. * BEN has a multi-skilled team - it doesn't just end at the care homes. There is support for staff and families if needed behind the scenes. * Coming to work everyday is always different, new challenges, new opportunities and new experiences. * Fantastic training packages with full on support from management + training & development team.

      The pros definately outway the cons - but sometimes the wrong people get reconguised for work which they didn't do, because they shout the loudest!
