Unlike many other agencies that just claim to have work-life balance, this place actually lives it. The hybrid working model is seamless, and management trusts you to manage your own time as long as the work gets done. The vibe is incredibly supportive. No egos, just a group of talented people who want to make great work together.

Cons

Being an indie agency, the workloads go through highs and lows, but this is expected in the industry, and the support you receive along the way is unmatched.
