      1) Exposure - You will get good exposure(International Clients & Good Projects) 2) Carrier Growth - You will get various technologies to work with , managers and team lead encouraged you to learn and try new technologies 3) If you are quick learner, tech savy, you will get good opportunity to lead the project and to learn new things

      Cons

      1) Will not pay you good for higher experience people, for a simple reason, company is still small scale IT company , I suppose they will increase this bar in coming years as company is growing now

      I like the the environment and senior above me when they help and give solutins

      Cons

      As mentioned one specifc manager is pain, he does not know anything but he want to part on everything rest nicely said below he is dominating and play polticis and remove the people who does not listen to him and so he is the god, one thing is sure one day bad things will happen to him as well as he has done to his juniors
