      Where should I start... 1. IF you fresh out of colleague, I would suggest to go for the experience (no more than 1.5 years), I mean gain the negative experience so you can handle most other companies after your quit. 2. Super double standards!! If you are not French or European, don't even dream about promotion 3. Horrible leadership management. IF you don't mind your boss send you to buy their lunches and harass you after work hour, then go ahead apply.
