      Pros

      Costco/Sam's Club Membership is nice. No micromanagement from the contractor.

      Cons

      3 hours of leave per pay period is not good. There is no sick leave, so if you catch the flu, its game over. You can only accrue 40 hours of leave. Health insurance is ridiculously high! Might be cheaper to simply reject benefits, and pay out of pocket. Coverage is weak.

      We certainly will be making some changes to our benefits package and we appreciate your input. I would like to point out that you receive 10 paid of Holidays and 12 days paid off for what ever you need them for. I am not sure where the information came from regard 40 hours of leave.       Pros

      Positive feedback, good support, corporate culture has improved dramatically over the past year. I've seen a notable increase in responsiveness to employee concerns and a real effort to create a solid team at the corporate level.

      Cons

      Benefits at Bennett are still not as good as those at other Federal contractors, but this is a certified 8A small business, so that's not a surprise. Poised to explode in the next year, so this will probably change for the better.

      Bennett Aerospace is overall a great company to work for! They work on some of the most amazing and game changing technologies I have ever heard of and worked with. The company really values their employees happiness, ideas, and opinions.
