      Pros

      Very Professional and positive working environment. The people are easy to get along with. Travel is well balanced between customer engagement (on the road) and in office work hours. Management is a wealth of knowledge and experience and easily approachable. Feedback is welcomed. Good benefits.

      Cons

      Industry standards and supply chain management can be very demanding at times.

      Pros

      Great company with a long history that started in Germany. Satisfying work, flexible hours, good working environment. it is good to work for a company that keeps their word and is trustworthy. Management continues to improve themselves, people, and systems. OK to make mistakes as long as there is improvement.

      Cons

      can be stressful at times. each department could be better, but i feel like this is in process. inter company communication needs to be better

      They were great working with me when I needed time off... big company with small company atmosphere..got along with almost everyone...really took time to train me to make sure I was comfortable doing my job

      Cons

      Wish upper management communicated more with me. Most info I got was from people not in my area and never knew what was going on in my department
