Cons

The most toxic environment, especially among senior management. Not a single soul tries to add value or even doing his/her job in the right way e.g. HR only setting up BBQ, free pizza, branded water bottle, or balloons. Very low bonus unless you are part of the Senior Management. Every day more people are leaving the business. Business values are more of a joke than a reality.
