Pros
Good payscale, solid hours of operation, full benefits, plenty of vacation/personal time. Very good balance of work and home life. Management is super cool and takes employees concerns seriously. I love this company. Also, free wall of snacks!
Cons
Small company, so call-offs affect work more than at other companies.
