Was a great company until about one year ago, where it took a big nose dive. The leadership team pivoted yet again about direction, and then blamed all the staff who were doing what they were told in the previous pivot for being where they were.
Cons
Well, team spirit is non- existent. The workforce is full of bullies at a senior level. Sometimes nice to your face but then you hear what they are saying. Senior leadership people smirking in video conferences, belittling people. Horrible, horrible place. This is why I will not identify myself.

Once in a while bbq or pizza day instead of muchly early remuneration.
Cons
Management are all over the place and it all seems to be who you know or a related to that matters.

Fantastic Australian grown business with a great culture, delivering the best of breed healthcare solutions to the Australian Healthcare Market.
Flexible WFH arrangements, focus on high output but within standard business hours, very supportive of mothers returning to work and the numerous staff members who work from remote locations. Lots of opportunity for growth and career enhancement. Always listens to ideas put forward and willing to adopt them!
Cons
Cannot name any, the owners are extremely supportive and have a long history of looking after their employees and providing great products and services.
