      Over worked no work life balance & low pay

      You might get to work with someone nice but they will probably end up leaving like you will

      Cons

      Docked 1 hour lunch break but still work through lunch No recognition Low pay Assistant manages do the same as manages & get paid a lot less Even thought you are doing the same job if the opportunity arises the won’t make you the manager because pay is bad This has happened to me & the next girl who took on my role when I left to manage a different store & was extremely successful at

      Great team spirit Great leaders Many opportunities for growth- The business is always looking for new strong leaders Majority of managers have been with the company for well over 10 years! 40% discount on fashion to wear to work 15% on everything else Always busy, never time to stand around, days go quickly Snacks for moral It truly is a FUN environment to work in. The culture has changed & is very much all About building strong relationships within a fun team environment

      Cons

      The theft. It’s quite high and is so hard to deter. Stores have cctv and do prosecute and file police reports daily. It’s the most disheartening part of the job. Company policy is in the best interest of the staff.
