      Great store and coworkers lots of various opportunities to grow

      Cons

      The company itself does not always treat its employees well (the managers I've had all try their hardest despite this). You get the same 15% discount that customers get with their friends club sign-up.

      - Staff discount - Friendly team - Retail experience

      Cons

      Best and Less is a good place to gain retail experience, but long term is not ideal. I experienced frequent staff turn around, which was reflective of the work environment. Constant changes in management, mixed with difficult customers made working at Best and Less very stressful.
