HR managers are most illiterate in this company, most stupid and pathetic of all in whole area, they hire technical staff without asking question. senior managers are hired on the basis of their good will with HR managers and they know nothing technical apart from c++ and c#, they can chuck you out any time, its like stable of non performing assets =, one get pocket money easily, CEO are least concerned about what is going on in the company. Support systems is not supportive all they do is sit and talk no timely actions on any of the issues or emails, even from HR managers, for the past 10 years company is still termed as start up and there are so many others similar companies which have grown to much better heights, all sales people do is get projects from UP work no direct marketing, website mentions everything fake in most of the technologies, all betasoft works on is PHP, .net, IOS and salesforce, android and nothing else, If you are a workoholic than do not join there are better options, if you want to relax and lose your skills than please join. Created outdated software's which are just next to Excel and used only for data entry, such softwares were created in 2004 and they took 3 years to understand their own process of work and create a software for data entry. HR managers got their personal favorites who can do anything, a senor manager once came drunk at work and he was sent home and given a weeks leave, that manager is still there doing nothing and is consistently on leave.
