With regards to the long hours, our work weeks are on average 40-45 hours, however, it is up to our employees whether they want to work additional hours in order to achieve their goals. In terms of work-life balance, we believe that it's important to prioritize the health and well-being of our employees. We encourage our team members to take breaks and prioritize their personal lives outside of work.
