      Too many variables

      Pros

      Remote work, the few people that are inside the company are friendly.

      Cons

      Work comes and goes, some months you have various clients asking for work that needs to be done by tomorrow and other months there's almost no work at all. It's not stable and some clients are not easy to work with, you spend too much time reading emails.

      The company has grown a lot since 2015. We went from having 2 people in operations to now having a solid team of 6, ensuring the candidate journey is positive and unmatched. We have taken a lot of the feedback we've received to help work out some of the kinks we faced in the past. As such, we are now experiencing exponential growth and excited to continue working alongside the top engineering talent in Latin America and beyond.

      Good but not stable

      Pros

      Good salary Could have good projects.

      Cons

      Not a stable company, when they are hiring they mention it's long term relationship and once you finished they assign other project, but that's not true, once you finish your current project you are going to be notified 15 days before it finishes that your are done and your are not going to have salary, so you have to search another job, that's not how a good company should retain their talent.

      Pros

      Good projects, Remote job, great work/life balance, amazing environment when the CEO visits us at the city. The local management team is great.

      Cons

      Actually none. This is a remote job, but the management is always asking if we need something, if we are happy in the project...etc.
