      Pros

      This company and role have completely transformed my experience of the corporate world. The people, the challenges, and the leadership have helped me grow every single day. There’s nothing more rewarding than being able to support others—whether they’re in a tough spot or simply looking for their next opportunity, just like I was. The biggest highlight is the leadership: they show up for me consistently, and their support for the entire organization is truly unmatched.

      Cons

      Only challenges are in the job its self as markets can be tough, but I am always put in a position to be successful.

      Zoom meeting as a warning before a big lay off was not necessarily the most empathetic they could've been. The lack of transparency surrounding that was an issue for me and I'm sure others as well. Big supportive culture, but only for the top performers...

      Pros

      I started working here a few months ago and absolutely love it! The management, training, and leadership is everything I could ask for and more. Even though we WFH, management has worked very hard to create a great team culture through team events and just being all-in-all good people to work with. I also do not feel micromanaged and as far as work-life balance, I learned I had to turn off notifications on some apps, but once I did that, the work-life balance kicked in even more.

      Honestly, none at this time.
