My Experience - management offers mentorship in secret, calls GETs on a business trip on the last moment where the GET has no major role to play apart from witnessing ,no female representation to ensure the safety of female GETs, peer pressures youngsters into alcohol consumption by giving an explanation that the industry works like this and sales cannot be done without this, after which they assault and take advantage of girls when they are not in a state to consent, Female trainees are then left to deal with their medical conditions all by themselves with conditions which are fatal or may leave you sterile. Unpaid leaves even when all medical bills are submitted. Business commitments are prioritized instead of discussing regarding these issues by the highest management. Female students hired from decent colleges are then within a year are left with adverse psychological conditions as well. Incidents that take time to report are then simply dismissed. If the assailant is a C level person the management will simply change your department .After going through all of this if you refuse to visit the office , your career shall be targeted by increasing your probation, leaving you with a year of no good experience but not even a fresher. So you will find very hard to find a job as you will not be able to explain all of this . So, unfortunately if you encounter an incident like this, leave the next day. This review is to inform young girls and in no way blames anyone but just points out the mismanagement, hypocrisy and neglect that was faced by me. This review is for the Indian subsidiary.
