      Great workforce, good amount of pto, shorter fridays make for a more enjoyable weekend off

      Cons

      Constant reminders of yearly record profits while bonus scheme dwindles each year, future of company seems directionless and without a strong vision and constant multi tasking

      Decent pay for North Shore. People I worked with were nice.

      Cons

      Management were terrible, especially the General Manager which then filtered down. Never dealt with issues and love micromanagement
