Pros

If you have zero sales experience or any other marketable skills, they will hire you.

Cons

Toxic work environment. This is a turn and burn type of company, they will mass hire and they anticipate people burning themselves out until they quit. There is no form of management or formal training. Although the job is not intellectually difficult by any means. The 'CEO' is essentially an MLM franchise owner who micromanages the entire 'office'. You are expected to work a minimum of 60 hours a week. If you aren't able to commit to that you will not receive shifts. The way scheduling is handled is insane, there are 2 schedules for each week. The schedule is emailed THE NIGHT BEFORE, so on Sunday night you will receive Monday-Wednesday's schedule and Wednesday night you will receive Thursday-Sunday's schedule. There is no reimbursement for gas(you're required to use your personal vehicle to different wholesale retailers within a 50-75 mile radius), parking, 0 per diem for random 'business trips' you'll be forced to work and stay in motels that are the cheapest in the area. I'm not exaggerating when I say there is no regard for employee safety when it comes to travel accommodations, I was booked a motel attached to a gas station! If you value your physical, mental, or emotional health stay far away from this company. Don't fall for this "get rich quick by grinding the hardest" scheme.

Pros

If you want to learn about sales, an MLM is good for that. I learned quite a bit about communicating and getting people interested in whatever product I'm advertising. Plus, I got to wear a suit and go to an office building. Couldn't go wrong with that.

Cons

Commission only, and very little of it. Some small reimbursements ($13, $60, $38, etc.), but that's it. Saturdays are painstakingly long. 11 and a half hours. Would NOT recommend staying anymore than three months. Even just three, and you'll be exhausted. Schedule was inconsistent and came out of nowhere. If you're late to the office, they still write you up, and they might even tell you to "go home" if you do it again, even if you're five minutes late. Ouch! How are you going to reach your goals when you're sent home? In the end, it's an MLM. What can I say? Watch the documentary "The Slave Circle" on YouTube for more in-depth info. ;)

Pros

Fast money, motivational environment, travel opportunities

Cons

No security with your position. They won’t fire you for underperforming until it starts to affect their pockets. It’s a business model focused more so on numbers so be prepared to adapt quick. Create artificial relationships with presumably successful people around you whose moral compass sways based on their financial situations. You will hear testimonies from customers who previously trusted in your products but were intentionally scammed by other employees as you work day to day. Get excited!
