Pros

At the time the employees (not leadership) were amazing!

Cons

Management - lack of communication Stability of the company Multiple layoffs - 6 company-wide layoffs in 2 years Work environment - very toxic, upper management (Directors and above) don't care about employees. Corporate would hold multiple company outings and parties. Very wasteful on spend. They speak of employee culture and values, but don't actual hold up to them.

Pros

People: the team is great and friendly. Labs: state of the art facilities, but also a good façade for investors that still have hopes stocks might go up. Good benefit package. Work travel.

Cons

Vibes. 90% of the time when you ask how people are doing they respond with “hanging in there”, or a meh “okay”. Recent layoffs and poor leadership give you a constant fear of being fired anytime. Freaky, controlling managers that are very poor leaders somehow last in this company. People are very demotivated. Efforts are not recognized. Hiring and promotion freezes going on. Yearly salary increase way below inflation. Turnover is BAD - every week at least one person leaving. Chat with your coworkers and find out they’re looking for a job elsewhere. Definitely NOT the place to grow in your career. Huge discrepancy in treatment between upper management and workers lower in hierarchy. I was promised a bonus up to 20% of yearly salary when I got hired and never saw it happen - switched from quadrimestral to annual to neversawit.

Pros

Minimal supervision, manageable workloads, friendly coworkers, and opportunities to learn and utilize many various warehousing and logistic skills.

Cons

Terrible communication between departments, constant fluctuation of work hours (often cut hours or changed schedules), and frequent layoffs. There were often changes in upper management, policies, benefits, and inconsistent execution of disciplinary action/rule regulation. Most coworkers had no faith in the security of their jobs.
