      Bad Management 24x7 work Four to five project at a time, so can not focus anything No technology is using properly just surface level php , javascript Inconsistency - One time management says onething next time says some other things For fresher 3 yr bond(Horrible Bond that does not exit in the earth) with over work Not give proper salary

      It's a great company for freshers to build their career in the right way

      Cons

      Needs to work 12-14 hrs but as a fresher we should learn new technologies and implement in projects so spend enough time to explore the new things
