Nothing what so ever. Think twice if they offer you a job
Cons
They get paid for your bank holidays from the company that you work for and wont pay you until you have worked with them for a certain period of time. They will try and not pay you on time no matter what the circumstances may be. They do not have regular updates with you to see how you are liking your placement or show any interest in you what so ever unless it is to be negative.
