Poor management and huge egos. If i could give it zero stars, I would.
Pros
If you are a music fanatic (or really just a "Big Machine" music fanatic) then you might be happy here. Company retreat & fun events. Good networking.
Cons
A very negative place to work. I don't know if there is one employee that is admittedly "happy" there. You have to be brainwashed to believe every random venture Scott decides to take will be a successful one. "Domn8" and other annoying taglines....you are supposed to be "open" about things, but he will randomly accept ideas as good or worthwhile, and shuts others down (and truly embarrasses them). Overall, a very poorly run company with a high turn over rate and no HR department. The higher-ups are all married to each other, which has caused issues for employees who work under them and around them. There is a massive divide between management and employees...as in they believe in a hierarchy of some sort, and only the higher-ups are respected. oh, and VERY poorly paid for extremely long work hours.
