Salaries are not paid on time, ex-employees are ignored, and management behaves like this is normal practice. HR is completely useless — every follow-up ends with the same scripted lie: “I’ll talk to Sonia and check if your name is in the next batch.” There is no batch, no process, and no intention to pay. This company runs on false promises, zero ethics, and complete exploitation. Employees are treated like disposable labor, and once you leave, they simply hold your money hostage. If you value your career, mental peace, or finances, DO NOT JOIN THIS COMPANY. If you are a customer or investor, STAY AWAY — this organization cannot be trusted. Calling Bikham Healthcare unprofessional would be an understatement. This is one of the worst companies I have ever encountered, and I am still chasing my own salary

Final salary for 2 months still unpaid, even 8 months after resignation. Tax unpaid, PF unsettled. Multiple follow-ups yielded no clear answer or closure No accountability for full and final settlement HR communication is inconsistent and unresponsive post-resignation No EPFO update or clarity on pending dues. PF not updated since July, 2023.
