No growth opportunities, bad company

You get a good understanding of payment industry

Cons

No growth. No clarity on company's vision. projects are delayed. some projects are just on shelf and not launched in market. chaotic work culture. Appraisal is delayed every year. So it happens once in 2 years. Bonus is also not paid out properly. HRs dont take accountability for it. No policies in place for day to day work and also organization level HR policies. All the decisions are completely controlled by few people who have been working for over 20 years.
