      Disappointing.

      Pros

      People under multiple levels of management are nice to work with. Benefits are good. If you enjoy corporate politics, this company excels at it.

      Cons

      Lack of leadership from all levels of management, especially top level. Low salaries. No motivation or encouragement. Mandate is a dissected workplace. Teamwork frowned upon. Finger pointing and avoidance takes precedence.

      It is hard to get fired.

      Cons

      Management is miserable and delusional. Hourly employees starting earn a dollar less than 20+ Year vets. In most cases earning more than employees that have been there for 5+ years. Salaried employees are below industry standard. Poor managerial decisions effect hourly employees bonuses and raises but now higher ups. You don’t get compensated for performance or acknowledged for going above and beyond. Company is a must avoid unless you are waiting on better opportunity's to arise and need a filler. The high turnover rate is self- explanatory.

      Thank you for your review. We were surprised to read your comments as this is very much not the sentiment expressed by current employees. We have recently enhanced hourly wages in key areas in response to retention and competitive imperatives. We have also recently appointed to new HR Business Partner to the site who is already making great progress in terms of employee engagement and culture. We are sorry that you did not enjoy your 5 years with Bimeda and wish you the best of luck for the future.

      Good Company, Poor Site Management

      Pros

      Bimeda is very aggressive in staying competitive in the industry. New ideas and projects leading to introducing new projects are always being discussed and followed thru.

      Cons

      Site Management not a team environment and does not support employees in doing your job well, most employees are on a need to know basis. Poor training for new employees, no communication on what's expected of them. Does not support team building or positive moral.
