Pros

Remote work is all I can say.

Cons

Managers are terrible and don’t care about employees. Salary is just straight awful. Hours change constantly and they have no consideration for your requests. Training is a joke, they want you to come with all the experience you need and train on whatever free time they leave you with.

Great people and culture once you become well positioned. Leadership cares for their strong employees. Good, clear communication from top down recently.

Cons

Lack of transparency on pay ranges, pay raise process, promotions, and generally struggles with finance getting on board with advancing the "people" portion of the orginization.

(1) Poor stability withfrequent restructuring even at the highest levels of the organization, (2) Nepotism in hiring/promotion practices, (3) Lack of accountability from leadership and human resources, (5) Poor social media presence (unchecked social media posts from leadership and even a director containing frequent typos / poor framing / misleading information)
