    I have been working at Binary Semantics full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    Cool environment, development and engagement is wonderful. Have come up with some great initiatives wherein employee touch points have increased more. Always open to new ideas and suggestions and get them implemented too.

    No cabs for day shift employees although cabs are there for night shift employees

    Very big list but to be precise- Pathetic management,zero growth,zero learning, Flexible timing with 9hours to complete, Salary on 7th, late appraisals once in 1.5 years.

    no work load good for person with no skills

    Cons

    1) No management of any kind 2) Worst than school behavior 3) HR is so unprofessional; treats you like third grade school student and imagine herself as some star lord queen. 4) Top management is so ruined that harassment for them is like a day task to be done before and after Lunch.

    Pros

    You can switch the project and get the new technologies used in different projects.

    Cons

    No work from home. No Sick leave. Management will decide your career. No discussion just final judgement came from management. Hr and Payroll policy are pathetic. They willingly delay increment cycle. If you are eligible in Apr, you will get confirmation in July or later.
