As an Engineer You will working on something which has no scope at all. after working a year or so you will be out of market as your experience would not countable in many parts of india.

Toxic and stressful atmosphere due to internal politics. Favoritism by team leads impacts fairness and employee morale. He supports people who butters him. Leadership often ignores employee feedback, creating anxiety and tension. Limited growth opportunities causing employees to feel stuck. Very Old tech stack (Dynamics GP)...no roles in the job market for that

Working at Binary stream is so much exciting. Learning is continuous. Working on ERP is challenging and exciting as well. If you are a performer, a quick learner, and passionate about your work, you get to climb up for sure. A lot of opportunities inside the company itself. Processes are very good and also work-life balance. Management is awesome. I bet you cannot find such management in the Chandigarh region.

Cons

No cons. People are good to work with. Like family. Small issues exist everywhere but the positives overshadow any other petty issue.
