Thank you for your review and suggestions. Bio-Optronics does not take employee concerns lightly and we appreciate our employees being part of continuous improvement. Last year saw many challenges in our organization, much like many other companies across the nation. However transparency never stopped - financials, cost cutting efforts, state of the business were all shared openly and honestly with our team members on a weekly basis; "humility" was our middle name. Workloads increased due to the need to institute a hiring freeze; our employees rolled up their sleeves and did amazing things in 2020. Many initiatives were put on hold; now that we're forging into the new year, you'll see well-defined career paths which are currently close to completion, we've welcomed many new employees to our teams, our cost-cutting efforts were reversed and we're getting ready to put action plans in place to continue to improve our culture - our 2021 has started strong!
