A cottage industry which can be treated as a great spring board for the starters, with not many formalities like MNCs. Very friendly and approachable management .A flat organisation where in house keepers , drivers and cooks directly report to the Managing Director.
Cons
A sunset company on the verge of closing its operations in India, headed by a 80 years old promoter, with no succession plans in the horizon .Company is up for grabs ,trying its best to sell since many years.Biotech majors like Abbott , GE Medicals who had brief romance had to part ways due to high handedness and sheer arrogance. Old technology and supported by a very poor and weak Engineering and bad investments has attributed to the downslide.Company is running on borrowed money, incapable to sustain day today expenses and has not sold a single product in last few months. Bleak future.All senior team has deserted the sinking ship. Team strength of 250 plus is now reduced to a double digit mere sorry figure. Every instrument sold has been returned or not performing in the market.
