Leadership has no idea how to lead. Pushing personal and religous beliefs on an organization and surrounding yourself with only "yes men/women", is commical.

narrow-minded and actions do not match their words. Would 100% look elsewhere otherwise you will be spinning your wheels for nothing. Don't waste talent or effort at this company, it's clear the turnover rate for fresh minds and individuals actually looking to move the needle is high. Talent and opportunity go to die here

If you are related to the top executives, you're treated very well.

Cons

Nepotism at its core. Very difficult place to work with exeptionally high levels of micromanagement. Consistent demonstration of demeaning and demoralizing behavior toward employees creating an intolerable situation for talented people who get stripped of any level of autonomy to productively do their job.
