My office colleagues are always friendly with me .

Cons

India branch has very poor management , specially power trading and IT, They have recruited highly incompetent management and They are not even passionate towards their work , I was restricted to talk to my colleagues by my manage and he always gives preference to south people . if you have eagerness to learn and grow then PLease do not join this company, I would like to give special advice to amrish asokan that opportunity should be given on the basis of competency .

Only salary but depending upon negotiations.

Cons

Can write a small book. But top 5 are 1. Career will be on risk 2. Decade old technology 3. Middle management think they are the godman of the business 4. Don't consider yourself decision maker but a blind follower.
