      Good learning environment but management issues persist

      - Good place to learn - Competitive salary within Malaysia - Occasional bonuses based on performance - Good work life balance, unless you are the process lead, then be ready to be available 24/7

      Cons

      - Process not well validated, a lot of human intervention needed thus operator mistakes is bound to happen - Too many management positions, the amount of managers is as much as operators at some departments, making promotions sometimes only by technicality not responsibility - Operating at almost full capacity yet very little manpower. Operators are expected to multitask but if anything goes wrong operators gets blamed because no one is checking others' work
