      Vendor to AMTEL.hiring in the name of AMTEL but offer letter and salary provided by biotel.

      Cons

      24/7 work pressure,no leaves.difficult to get salary final settlement and salary providing once in two months.

      Good pay rate, good benefits, great work relationships with peers (depending on the location and department you work in). Room for advancement in some departments.

      Cons

      Management needs to remember quality over quantity and favoritism is a cancer. They have a rigid attendance point system policy. Sick days count against you, even with a doctors note (for some people).
